MAD Development has partnered with Highline Communities to co-develop a co-living and micro-studio building to be operated under the “Maison by Madelon” flagship brand. The building, composed of 16 bedrooms co-living rooms and 8 studio lofts, aims to become one of the most affordable turn-key living solutions in Brooklyn. With rents starting at $1,500.00 per month for an all inclusive, fully furnished bedroom with en-suite bathroom, this product fills a gap in the existing product offering.
